| The ACTION Project and Terrorism Bill Yoshimoto was the key note speaker at the National Institute of Justice, Midwest Regional Agro Terrorism Meeting in Kansas City, Missouri, May 22 – 23. Bill spoke on the relationship of agricultural crime prevention and anti-terrorism featuring our ACTION Project and Rural Crime Program. The ACTION Project and the Office of the Tulare County District Attorney are considered the leading project and organization in the nation addressing agricultural crime. |
